Account Creation

To create an organization in EOS One, start by creating your account.

START: Click “Create My Account” or sign up via Single Sign On (SSO) with your Google account.
VERIFY: Enter your email address and click “Send verification code.” Enter that code in the “Verification Code” field, and click “Verify code.”
CREATE: Create your password, finish entering your information, check the box accepting the Terms and Conditions, and click “Create.”

Create a Meeting

Really experiencing EOS One begins with meetings. Meetings ‘unlock’ your ability to fully interact with EOS One including your ability to set Rocks, Scorecard Measurables, and To-Dos.

START CREATING: From the homepage, click “Create a Meeting” to the right of “My Meetings.”
SELECT MEETING TYPE: Level 10 Meeting^®, Same Page, or Custom Agenda.
EDIT MEETING: If desired, make edits to the order and length of each meeting segment.
SELECT ATTENDEES: Already invited users to your organization? Use the search bar and select attendees from there.
ADD USERS: To invite new users to your organization and add them as meeting attendees, click “Invite New Users To Join Your Meeting.”
NAME THE MEETING: Give your meeting a name and set the date and time of the next meeting.
CREATE: Click “Create Meeting,” and the meeting will now appear on your dashboard!

INVITE TEAMMATES TO YOUR ORGANIZATION

Great meetings have more than one attendee! Invite your team to join your organization so they can start tracking their Rocks, Scorecard Measurables, and To-Dos in EOS One once they’re invited to meetings.

SETTINGS MENU: Click “Settings” and then navigate to the License tab.
ADD THEIR NAMES: Click “Add Team Member,” enter their name and email address, and click the plus button.
REPEAT AS NEEDED: Repeat as needed for each person you would like to invite.
SEND THE INVITES: Once everyone has been added, simply click “Invite.”

NOTE: Each person invited will increase your user count by 1 for an additional $10 per user per month (after their 30-day free trial). When initially inviting new people, your card is not charged immediately. The prorated amount is added to the next invoice. For example, a user added mid-month would result in a $15 additional charge on the next bill ($5 prorated amount + $10 for the upcoming month).
