Frequently asked questions

The Meeting Pulse is the recurring cadence of meetings the Entrepreneurial Operating System uses to keep a leadership team aligned: a weekly Level 10 Meeting, a Quarterly Pulsing™ Session, and an Annual Planning Session. Together they create predictable rhythm and accountability.

The Level 10 Meeting (L10) is a 90-minute weekly leadership meeting with a strict agenda: Segue, Scorecard, Rock review, Customer/Employee headlines, To-Do list, IDS (Identify, Discuss, Solve), and Conclude. The goal is to leave every meeting with the team rating it a 10.

EOS recommends a full-day (8 hours) Quarterly Pulsing™ Session each quarter and a two-day Annual Planning Session each year. Both happen off-site if possible and are used to refresh the V/TO, set new Rocks, and reconnect as a team.

A consistent agenda eliminates meeting drift, status-update theater, and 'who-talks-loudest-wins' decision-making. Over 60 minutes of IDS in the L10 forces the team to actually solve issues at the root, instead of rehashing them week after week.

EOS One runs your L10, Quarterly, and Annual sessions inside one tool. Scorecard, Rocks, To-Dos, and Issues update live during the meeting, IDS notes turn into action items automatically, and the meeting rating closes the loop on continuous improvement.

EOS treats the L10 as non-negotiable — same day, same time, every week. If a leader has to miss, the meeting still runs. EOS One's post-meeting recap email keeps absent leaders fully in the loop on Scorecard misses, new To-Dos, and Issues solved.
