Existing EOS One Beta users who are eager to try a new and evolving product with a better Level 10 Meeting user experience. At this stage, the new Level 10 Meeting experience is meant for leadership teams who are willing to provide ongoing feedback for the continued development of EOS One.
While EOS One is in its early stages, we’d like to give your leadership team the opportunity to try it first before rolling it out to your entire team. This approach allows us to collect and integrate feedback so your team rollout is as seamless as possible.
Yes, you will be able to log into your existing EOS One Beta account for the foreseeable future.
Once we create your account, our Tech team will safely handle your data migration. The process will take about 24 business hours during which our Customer Success team will be in touch with you to answer questions and provide support. Once your data is migrated, you can invite users on your leadership team to join you in EOS One.
Week of June 19: Tell us you want in!
June 28: Onboarding begins to sign up for a new account in EOS One!
After Sign-Up: Begin hosting meetings in EOS One and provide feedback along the way
July: Spend 30 minutes to 1-hour providing feedback to the EOS One Team over Zoom
Onboarding takes just a few minutes. Additionally, any time you’re willing to commit to providing feedback would be greatly appreciated.
Work with our Customer Success team with guided assistance every step of the way.
Steps:
There are many ways! The best way to provide feedback is to join us via Zoom while you go through the EOS One onboarding process so that your feedback is captured in real-time. If you’d be open to hosting a Level 10 Meeting with us as an observer, that would be even more helpful. We also ask that you have a 30-60 minute Zoom with us once you’ve had a chance to use the software for a few weeks. At any point in time, you can reach out to the Customer Success team with questions, concerns, and feedback.
EOS One has been developed based on feedback we’ve received from EOS One Beta. The new tool looks very different but is much smoother and easier to use. While there’s always a learning curve with new tools, we’re confident that your experience in running your Level 10 Meetings in EOS One will be an improvement.
We are estimating that these tools will be ready for release later this year. As soon as we bring new features to EOS One you’ll be able to use them.
The great thing about EOS One is that we are continuing development and prioritizing your feedback as our first users, quickly bringing any issues you encounter directly to our development team.
