Thank you for choosing EOS One™! Before you dive in and let our AI platform start answering your questions, please take a moment to read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). We’ve tried to make them as clear as possible. By using EOS One™, you’re agreeing to these Terms, so it’s important to understand them.

1. Introduction

Who We Are: EOS One™ is our proprietary, cloud-based business-to-business solution provided by [Company Name] (“EOS One,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). We harness advanced language models from third-party providers to deliver real-time answers to your business questions. Our services are accessible through our mobile and web applications, our website, and our support site (collectively, the “Sites,” “Products,” or “EOS Web Properties”).

Why These Terms Matter: These Terms govern your use of our Sites and Products. By accessing or using EOS One™ (including any content or information provided through our platform), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any of these Terms, you should not use our Products.

EOS One Overview: This EOS Web Property includes (i) EOS One™ and (ii) other subscription services that we make available from time-to-time through EOS One™.

2. User Eligibility and Restrictions

We want as many happy users as possible, but there are cases where we must restrict access. You may NOT use our Products if you are:

• A Minor: You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction to form a binding contract) to use EOS One™.
• Barred by Law: If laws applicable to you prohibit you from using AI services like ours.
• A Competitor or Related to One: Competitors or affiliated individuals may not access our Products without written permission.
• An Automated Bot or Scraper: No automated tools may access the Products, except public search engines indexing public information.
• Malicious User: If you intend to use EOS One™ for harmful activities.

If you fall into any of these categories, do not use EOS One™. We reserve the right to refuse service, suspend accounts, or take other action if we discover prohibited use.

3. License to Use EOS One™

License Grant: EOS One™ is licensed, not sold, and may be used solely for your internal business purposes.

Per-User Basis: Every user must have their own account. Sharing accounts is not allowed.

Age Requirement: As stated above, users must be adults capable of entering a binding agreement.

Feedback: Suggestions may be used to improve EOS One™ without compensation.

Intellectual Property: These Terms grant no ownership or intellectual property rights in EOS One™ or its Documentation.
